Friday Five

Vanity Fairs
It's been a busy week, but I'm so excited to have a slower weekend ahead of me. As I was digging through a box in our apartment, I came across 10 old Vanity Fairs. I've had a subscription for almost three years, and I tend to read a few stories when the magazine comes, then pick through a stack of them months later. This is how I'll be spending part of my Sunday. Also, Liz. You always looked so lovely. Here are some more favorites of the week!
Numi Emperor's Pu-erh tea
I have no idea if any of the health hype on the box of this tea is true, but it's super strong, smooth and it smells so good. I've been drinking it first thing in the morning instead of coffee and it perks me up just as well.

Beer braised onions
Too good. I made a huge batch and just keep adding them to everything. A hummus gyro, black lentils, spinach. That's Shiner's Bohemian Black Lager in the photo, a current favorite around our home.

Bold Lips
I know, a bathroom shelf photo. And it's really just because these lipsticks and the perfume live in my bathroom and I'm just too lazy to try and photograph them elsewhere. But, I did move them and take the tops off the lipsticks! I know. You're welcome. Yes, you may send me a thank you note.
Beautiful perfume bottle and scent (gift from A)
