I'm loving this perfect sentiment I found from Parker Fitzgerald. I try to bear it in mind, and even went so far as to make it my iPhone wallpaper. That's how you know it's serious, folks. Has it made a difference? I'm not sure. Maybe in the sense that I think more intentionally about criticisms I make and ones that I hear.
